Visitors can rate every chatbot response with a thumbs up or down. The Quality tab in your dashboard displays your overall satisfaction score and lists all negative ratings with an "Improve" button to fix the answer in one click.
A dedicated tab lists all questions the chatbot couldn't answer. Click "Add an answer" to index the right information instantly — the chatbot will handle it correctly from then on.

Cross-session memory
The chatbot remembers previous conversations across sessions using an anonymous cookie. Returning visitors don't have to repeat themselves — the experience becomes personalised from the second visit onwards.
Without this option, every conversation starts fresh on each visit.
Extended volume: up to 10,000 pages
By default, Chatbot Flow indexes up to 1,000 pages. The Volume option raises this limit to 10,000 — ideal for e-commerce sites, documentation portals, or high-volume blogs.
You can also exclude entire directories from indexing via the configuration settings.
