The observation that started it all
While working on web projects for SMEs and freelancers, I kept seeing the same problem everywhere: visitors arriving on well-designed sites with real value to offer, and leaving without a trace — simply because they hadn't found an answer to their question at the right moment. No support available in the evening, no support at weekends. A contact form that nobody replies to before 48 hours. The result: lost prospects, leads going straight to a nearby competitor.
Existing solutions — Intercom, Drift, Freshdesk — cost tens or hundreds of euros per month and are designed for teams, not for a solo shop owner or an independent consultant. Full-stack developer. I design and maintain the entire Chatbot Flow platform — from the WordPress plugin to the Symfony server, the N8N workflows and the pgvector infrastructure. I chose to keep a lean structure to stay focused on a single objective: deliver a product that genuinely works.

An infrastructure built to last
Every client has their own isolated vector database (pgvector). AI workflows are orchestrated by N8N with a dedicated circuit per client. The whole stack is hosted with OVH in France. This architecture guarantees that your data never comes into contact with another client's data.
On the resilience side: if the service becomes unavailable, the widget shows an appropriate message to your visitors and an alert is sent immediately so the service can be restored. Automatic backups and continuous monitoring ensure service continuity.
